The Tale of Lovely Bridges

Okay, one more song from Rainville. This is about a girl named Lovely Bridges. She’s the prettiest girl in town and next door neighbor to two brothers named Limpy and Lispy. From Rainville:

“Lovely had a sardonic British bio-father who hated surprises, and that’s why he named her Lovely. On the night of her seventh birthday, her father told her to close her eyes and hold out her hand, then he skipped town. Having nothing worthwhile to place in her hand had chased him from her life. Now nothing could make Lovely peek.”

I really love this book. So here’s the Tale of Lovely Bridges. Hope you enjoy!

(Oh yes, the harmonica is a Lee Oskar harmonic minor in C. Sorry if it’s a bit out of tune. I really need a new harmonica.)
